On 15 December 2020, the EU Commission published its long-awaited draft proposals for the Digital Services Act package, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA). The Digital Services Act package is part of the EU Commission's digital strategy aiming to reinforce the Digital Single Market and to realize the full potential of eCommerce.
